Where do you produce your garments?
At ARZALÈ, we only manufacture in workshops and factories located in Spain and Portugal, with the highest quality standards.
Are all your garments made from natural materials?
Yes, we only use natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, wool, etc.
How much does shipping to my home cost?
At ARZALÈ, we reward larger purchases with free shipping. Here are the details based on your area:
- Peninsula (48-72h): Free for orders over €250 (less than this amount would cost €7).
- Balearic Islands (3-5 business days): Free for orders over €350 (less than this amount would cost €15).
- Portugal (3-5 business days): Free for orders over €350 (less than this amount would cost €15).
- Rest of the EU (5-7 business days): Free for orders over €500 (less than this amount would cost €20).
*Local taxes (IGIC/IPSI) and import duties are not included and must be paid by the customer at destination.
How can I make a return?
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. You just need to manage the return in the "My Orders" section or write to us at info@arzale.es attaching the withdrawal form (download link). We will guide you through the steps to make the process as smooth as possible.
Is the return free?
Yes, the processing is free as long as the final amount of the garments you decide to keep still exceeds the free shipping minimum for your area.
Example (Peninsula):
- If you buy €300 (free shipping) and return a €40 garment, your final purchase is €260. The return is therefore free.
- If you return a €100 garment, your final purchase would be €200 (below the €250 minimum). In this case, the initial €7 shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear and swimwear if the seal has been removed.
Returns of PRE-ORDER products are also not accepted, as these are items ordered from the factory exclusively for you on demand.
What condition should the garment be in?
For us to accept the return, the garment must be as you received it: impeccable, unused, and with all its original tags. If the garment shows signs of wear or damage, a depreciation of value will be applied to the refund.
When will I receive my money?
Once we receive the package and verify that everything is correct, we will process the refund through the same payment method you used. The balance will appear in your account within 10 to 14 business days, depending on your bank.
